The Slow Living theme of our weekend pop-up had inspired the idea of slow & easy sips of delicious gin cocktails.
We’re celebrating the idea that everyday luxuries and moment to moment pleasures are all about a sensorial connection.
Bartisans, specialists in all-natural, hand-crafted cocktail mixers, will be demonstrating the 3S’s - See, Smell, Savour - and teaching you how to make 3 special gin cocktails, using Tāmras Gin.
Tāmras Gin are loved for their small-batch, copper distilled Indian Dry Gin. They use the highest quality Neutral Grain Spirit distilled from the finest Punjab Rice and carefully sourced botanicals.
This MasterClass includes a tasting session on identifying different flavours, and the importance of some behind-the-bar qualities to make the whole cocktail art experience less stress-free and more soulful.

A Summer Soirée curation to celebrate your deep-rooted love for food. After all, that’s what matters, whether you’re a home cook or an amateur chef. The menu is summer sunshine and energising freshness on a plate, with local, seasonal ingredients, and a spotlight on Mango: ‘The King of Fruits.’

There will be a DIY bar so you can learn how to roll the scrumptious sushi rolls on this menu, and how to concoct its dipping sauce.
